Welcome to the world of a Real Estate Enthusiast and Life Lover! Born in Los Angeles, raised by hard working Polish-Italian parents, I learned success by education, honesty and utmost, always treating others as I wished to be treated.

With that "can-do" spirit, I embarked on a sales career, beginning in high school, and leading me to eventually owning & operating a retail community store in the Northern Sierras of California, near Lake Tahoe.

My real estate journey began in 1981, then at Century 21. Eventually, I founded my own brokerage, Stevens Realty. Throughout my 40 plus year career, I thrived in a world of high-volume residential and luxury property sales.

Now, nearly five decades later, I'm just as committed towards helping others and proudly serve through RONIVAL Real Estate, the foremost organization throughout Los Cabos.

Beyond my dedication to helping others with their real estate needs, I have passions towards staying fit at my local gym, baking exceptional pies and pastries and, of course, savoring all Mexico has to offer. I simply adore exploring the many hidden beaches and colonial towns and villages to be found throughout Baja Sur.

I must add that living in Cabo San Lucas also keeps me close to my three daughters within a couple hours in Southern California.
