Born in Ciudad Constitución, Baja California Sur, Jesús moved to Los Barriles at 17, a pivotal decision that rooted him in the community he proudly calls home. Now a resident for more than two decades, he holds a SEP CONOCER certification, a Baja California Sur real estate license, and a PHD from Ronival Real Estate University.

Since 2022 he has successfully completed nearly 50 transactions with a combined sales volume exceeding $10 million USD, ranking among the top agents in Los Barriles. Jesús specializes in listing and selling single-family homes, developer lots, UTM-coordinate land identification, zoning and density analysis (COS, CUS), pre-construction projects, beachfront and investment properties, and Fideicomiso transactions for international buyers and sellers.
