Jesus Zavala

I’m Jesús Zavala, a bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking Real Estate Advisor with Ronival eXp Realty, based in Los Barriles and serving the East Cape of Baja California Sur, including Buena Vista, La Ribera, El Cardonal and surrounding communities.

Born in Ciudad Constitución, Baja California Sur, I moved to Los Barriles at the age of 17, and it has been home ever since. That lifelong connection to Baja and more than two decades in the East Cape give me a deep understanding of the area, its communities and the lifestyle that makes this region so special.

Since 2022, I’ve had the opportunity to guide clients through nearly 50 real estate transactions representing more than $10M USD in volume, including homes, land and investment properties. I work with both Mexican and international buyers and sellers, providing straightforward, personalized guidance throughout the real estate process.

Through Baja by Jesus, I enjoy helping clients not only understand the local real estate market, but also discover the communities, opportunities and lifestyle that make the East Cape such a unique place to call home.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy exploring Baja, photography and videography, and sharing the places and experiences that make this region unique.
