Yuliya Kelson

Originally from Vladivostok, Russia, Yuliya immigrated to Seattle when she was 29 years old. After arriving in the US, Yuliya raised a family and built her career, first in Russian adoptions, and later in business. She had experience in purchasing and selling homes in both Russia and the United States.

Yuliya and her husband moved to Baja Sur to fulfill their dream of living on a sunny beach. They found a piece of land to purchase and decided to build a home on it. Through firsthand experience, Yuliya learned the process of purchasing real estate in Mexico and enjoyed designing and building her home in partnership with an architect-builder friend. She plans to use this experience to benefit her clients, to make their home buying/building experience positive and fulfilling. Yuliya has a strong belief in integrity and ethics and providing excellent customer service. She makes an extra effort to understand her clients’ needs and makes their best interests her top priority.

Yuliya considers herself fortunate to live in Baja Sur and is ready to help her clients find their dream home in the sun. She works in Todos Santos, El Pescadero, and Cerritos. Fluent in both Russian and English, she is proud to be part of the Ronival team.
