I am the Sales Director at Ronival Real Estate, leading the firm to its position as a market leader in Baja California Sur. My journey with Ronival began in 2020, where I quickly excelled as a Sales Agent.

This success rapidly propelled me into leadership, where I oversaw a pivotal phase of organizational expansion. I was directly responsible for the strategic management of the Sales, Marketing, and Operations departments. This comprehensive role was critical in structuring the company's growth, including developing the ISA team, scaling sales across developments in Baja Sur, and institutionalizing agent training through Ronival University.

Today, I manage a dynamic, multi-faceted team of over 100 agents, driving performance, and enhancing our operational efficiency. My approach is characterized by strategic, data-driven decision-making and a commitment to fostering team excellence and company expansion.

When not dedicated to driving Ronival’s success, I find grounding and inspiration in spending quality time with my wife and two children, my ultimate anchor. My career is a direct reflection of finding a true home in Baja and turning that passion into industry-leading professional success.
