In the past years, we’ve seen global economic growth. Slowly but steady, numbers in real estate have increased, opening the door to more buy and sell opportunities. And with this same growth, we can forecast an outstanding 2020 just as 2019 exceeded the numbers from 2018. Therefore, we’re expecting a great year in 2020 for our customers in Los Cabos Agent. Different from the residential homes market, the condominiums, sold in Los Cabos Agent generated $155M USD. The listings only lasted on average 287 days on the market with closing deals averaging $403K USD per condo.

Lots also showed an average of 1,100 days on the market before closing a selling deal.
