Over the next 12 months, Abraham anticipates producing three different models for the development project. First is preparing all of the services and all of the lots to sell. Then, the streets will be laid. Finally, the landscaping as a whole – it will be spectacular indeed!

In Pescadero, which is just north of Los Cabos along the Pacific, Akasha will provide condos, a hotel, an amazing spa, and a farm-to-table restaurant. Also, Cerritos Beach is the only safe beach along the Pacific side of the southern Baja peninsula.
