What Ronival Real Estate needs NOW
In the video, Nick starts by talking about the current needs of Ronival Real Estate in Baja Sur. As such, he asks his top-two people, Greg Willis and Sergio Benitez, what they’re looking for in terms of talent. He starts with operations positions, so he asks Sergio first.
According to Sergio, it’s hard to find good people that are already local to Baja California Sur. Therefore, he says that this is a call-out to people who want to move to Cabo, which includes the cities of Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. That is where Ronival Real Estate is headquartered. Sergio calls Cabo “the nicest place in the world” – a paradise.
In operations, Sergio says that they need photographers, videographers, and marketing people. Regarding management, Sergio mentions that they need a Call-Center Manager and a Marketing Director. In other words, they are hiring across the board. They have an immediate need for administration staff.
Call Center Manager position
In the call center, Sergio mentions that they need someone who can manage the team, set up goals, and create the KPI’s or Key Performance Indicators. Ronival’s call center brings in a great many leads that must be managed properly. They already have the team. Ronival Real Estate just needs someone who can guide that team effectively.
Introducing Ronival Marketing
Nick Fong announces that Ronival has started a new company within Ronival called Ronival Marketing. In doing that, Nick asks Sergio about the challenges he’s faced since Ronival Marketing’s launch. Sergio says that the biggest challenge has been finding a Marketing Director – someone to head the the new company.
From social media to head hunters, Sergio has been looking for a Marketing Director far and wide. According to Sergio, they are looking for a creative person, first and foremost. In other words, he is looking for someone who is innovative and open to new ideas. Sergio wants someone who will break the mold and someone who has great people skills.
