About Rebeca Curiel and her role with Ronival Real Estate
Originally from La Paz, just north of Cabo in Baja California Sur, Rebeca Curiel moved to Cabo back in 2005. And, she’s been working within El Pedregal ever since then. Interestingly, Nick Fong had worked with Rebeca Curiel prior to becoming a real estate broker in Cabo. As such, the two of them had grown in the industry together. That made hiring her about two years ago quite a smart move for Nick – her knowledge and experience to Ronival Real Estate.

Very recently, there was an offer Rebeca had submitted before knowing there were three other competing offers that were submitted by other agents. Those were rejected. As such, she quickly adjusted the offer, increasing it, and resubmitted it. In the video, she and Nick reveal how their conversation transpired and how they quickly acted to help fortify the offer.
This property was a rare opportunity that is priced just under one million US dollars. Most properties in El Pedregal go for well over a million. Some are worth tens of millions of dollars, being one of the most exclusive luxury communities in Cabo, as you’ll see below.
