After first arriving in Cabo back in 2007, Nick’s guests Dale and Theresa Klaus quickly fell in love with everything about Cabo. To explain, they love the weather, the people and now they love their new home in Montemar, one of Ronival Real Estate’s new developments. Dale and Theresa Klaus’ real-life moving-to-Cabo story
Originally from St. Luis, Missouri, Dale and Theresa Klaus sold their business in 2019 in order to prepare for retirement. As Dale mentions, it took them a while to figure it all out. During that process, they went back to Cabo a couple of times in order to search for their Cabo dream home.
Interestingly, their first of two visits to Cabo was for a wedding, which was canceled due to COVID-19. But of course, they went anyway to enjoy themselves and seek out some possibilities. In fact, that’s when they first met Nick Fong of Ronival Real Estate. Then, Dale, with Theresa’s permission, went back to Cabo alone to buy a Cabo home – what a story indeed!
How do you make the decision of where to retire?
In the video, Dale and Theresa answer the question about how to make the decision of where to retire. They flew to Europe for a month to explore there, having a great time. But when they considered all they love about Cabo after going there the first time, they set their sights there as their decision.
