Some details about Cuatrovientos
Cuatrovientos combines great modern design and convenient living in one perfect package with stunning views to the Land’s End and the Sea of Cortez. Each unit will have an open concept living area with stove, fridge, microwave, and mini-split A/C units included.
In Spanish, Cuatrovientos means “four winds.” And that refers to the nice flow of air from the north, south, east, and west. Spread over the course of three phases, there will be 196 total units spread across several buildings, once completed. Already, you’ll find a sales trailer there, so Cuatrovientos is open for business.
These beautiful condos are located in the Tezal area, which is only five minutes to the beach. On top of that, it’s close to everything in Cabo. As you’ll see in the video, the views of the ocean and Land’s End are truly spectacular!

A Civil Engineer from Guadalajara, Steven is in charge of this magnificent project in Cabo called Cuatrovientos. It’s where condos are already selling fast only two months into the project. And as he says in the video, though he lives in Guadalajara, Steven is falling in love with Cabo already.
When Nick asks Steven “why Los Cabos?” He answers by telling Nick that whenever you talk to the people in Cabo, they respond by saying “it’s a paradise here.” Also, he tells Nick about how the real estate market in Cabo is booming and filled with diversity throughout.
This is their first project in Cabo and they brought the best of the best.
Cuatrovientos condos are selling very fast
Though Nick and his team have sponsored many great developments in the past, selling very fast, Cuatrovientos is special. When completed, it will boast 196 condos within multiple separate buildings.
To begin, every three condos that sell will cause a three percent price increase. That means, don’t waste any more time, as prices are always going up in Cabo!
For an update, seven units are already reserved or on contract. Then, there’s an eighth condo that is reserved in the phase two project of Cuatrovientos. Phase two will be two buildings facing the Bay of Cabo San Lucas, and the Arch that marks Land’s End.
Finally, every three condos that sell, one condo from phase two will become available to buy. Phase two will be a more expensive option due to its location and views.
