About Alberto Ortiz
Originally from Mexico City, Alberto Ortiz moved to Cabo with his family when he was just 12 years old. And prior to joining Ronival Real Estate, Alberto worked in resort sales for five years. That means, he’s not new to the sales industry. But of course, he’s new to real estate, even though resort sales is very similar.
About Rosella Teruggi
Calling herself “Mexican / Italian,” Rosella Teruggi was also born in Mexico City. As she mentions in the video, her parents are from Italy – thus, her Italian last name. After collage, she lived in Canada and the United States, which greatly helped her ability to speak English very well. In the US, she lived in Ohio and Los Angeles prior to moving to Cabo.
Interestingly, she visited Cabo San Lucas on September 10th, 2001 – just one day before the 9/11 terrorist attacks. And after the drama of that day, and after enjoying her experience in Cabo, she decided to stay. Therefore, she’s been in Cabo of just over 20 years now. And prior to working for Ronival, Rosella was in working in the hospitality industry.

Real estate tips and tricks from Bill Pipes
One of the biggest tips for new agents provided by Bill Pipes is to surround yourself with people who are doing more than you. Take them to lunch, and glean all that you can from their knowledge and experience. They will have insight that can truly correct and enhance what you are currently doing as you grow and become successful.
According to Bill, success comes from looking for patterns and keeping an “always learning” mindset. Bill defines that mindset as being humble and always trying to learn more – stay hungry. Then, look for patterns. Success really does leave clues. If you carefully watch and learn, you will see patterns for success and patterns for failure. Therefore, take note of these patterns that you see.
Get a mentor and a coach for guidance
Although Nick Fong was already successful as a real estate broker, when he signed up for coaching, his business took off like a rocket. As Bill Pipes mentions frequently, make sure you get someone that will tell you to do this or to not do that. When your steps are guided by a mentor and a coach, their insight will keep you on the right path to success – you can avoid the mistakes that they had made.
