This is what happens when pre-construction purchases are closing more and more. Beto reveals to Nick that the lowest priced condos on the bottom level are now starting at $256k USD. That means, there have been two price increases since December.
Still a great price, you can lock in current prices simply by making a reservation with Ronival Real Estate. As Beto explains, you simply sign a little paper that states it’s reserved, and that’s it. As you’ll see in the video, Beto and other staff are at the sales trailer on-site from 9:00am to 5:00pm every single day Monday to Sunday. They would love to give you tour.
