Scott Purcell‘s background
Starting with his favorite hobby, Scott loves dirt bike riding both for fun and for competition. Now, he enjoys riding up and down the Baja peninsula. In fact, he’s done it over 40 times now. In the video, Scott announces that he’s going to race in the Baja Rally Six Days. To explain, this race covers about 1000 miles on the Baja peninsula. He’s number 44, so be sure to track him in this serious race on September 26, 2021. Nick mentions in the video that Ronival is sponsoring his race – he asks Scott to come back in one piece.
Scott had spent his previous career in Florida as a hurricane protection product business owner. But then, Scott fell in love with Cabo from the moment he arrived. Quickly, he chose to live in Cabo full time. Starting out being part of a group that owned a sailing school for kids, Scott met Nick Fong’s son first. Then, he became good friends with Nick himself. Little did Scott know, that was the beginning of a new career with Ronival Real Estate, starting as an agent, and becoming the director of Ronival’s developments division in Baja.
About Ciro Ramos
Coming from Mexico City, Ciro had moved to Cabo when he was only 15 years old. After his schooling, Ciro started his adult life as an accountant, working for eight years. But then, he decided to move into sales. Shortly after, COVID-19 struck, so Ciro considered doing something different. As such, Ciro came to work for Ronival Real Estate as a sales agent. Shortly after that, Nick promoted him to assistant director of Ronival Real Estate’s developments division. His future is looking very bright indeed!
