The new project called Mantarraya Residences
First released in September of 2022, Mantarraya Residences in Loreto is now underway. This project answers the real need for more real estate inventory in the area since it has been quite low in recent years. As Nick puts it, the real estate inventory is even more scarce in Loreto, north of Cabo. As such, initial release of 43 units for sale pre-construction has reaped four sales already, just a few weeks later.
Mentioning this in the video, high season in Baja Sur hasn’t even begun yet, which is the time when visitors arrive and real estate sales take off. Great times are ahead in Baja Sur, as both the fall and the coming winter season have many things in store for us. To elaborate, the biggest fishing event in the world, Bisbee’s Black and Blue, lasts a full week in October. Then, the coming high season brings to life both the local economy and the local real estate market throughout Baja Sur as tourism explodes.
