Situated in San Jose del Cabo near the Toyota dealership, Miguel says that they are really located all over Cabo. To explain, they bring the catering to their customer. Nick asks Miguel in the video about the extents of their coverage area In his response, Miguel tells Nick that they go as far as Todos Santos and Loreto when they it’s possible to do so.
Born and raised in Pachuca, the capital of Hidalgo and near Mexico City, Miguel headed off to collage after graduating high school. In collage, his major was Hospitality. And since he grew up with a love of cooking, he was able to combine the two with Eat Cabo Catering.
Miguel moved to Cabo back in the year 2000, after visiting his friends there. After interviewing with The Westin Hotel, he worked for them for seven years honing his catering craft with the best-of-the-best. After that, he started his own catering business and the rest was history.
