In episode two, Nick showed them two amazing properties that both meet their needs and more. Now in episode three, Nick sits down with Miles in Cabo Bello to come up with their final decision.
Their first and current Cabo home
Nick meets with Miles at Miles and Alisha Pruitt’s original Cabo home, which they now plan to use as a vacation rental property. It’s called Casa Cali and it’s located inside of the private seaside community of Cabo Bello. Casa Cali has been a great home in Cabo for Miles’ family and he looks forward to sharing the experience with those who wish to spend their vacation in Cabo.
They purchased this home because it is spacious with four bedrooms. Miles tell Nick that Casa Cali is great for a family getaway in this Mexican paradise called Los Cabos. And, it has “forever views,” which means that no additional construction will occur between the house and the Sea of Cortez.
The Pruitt’s “Dream Forever House”
Miles tells Nick that he wants to buy a lot and build his “Dream Forever House.” That’s exciting news since that will allow them to build exactly what they want. Nick will certainly find Miles some great land options in Cabo.
Casa Cali in Cabo Bello is now for sale
During their discussion, Miles asks Nick to sell Casa Cali for him, while he continues to rent it out to Cabo vacationers. Nick tells Miles that the market is now super hot, so the house will sell fast. This wonderful home is now for sale for under $600,000 USD. With such great views from the second floor and the rooftop deck, whoever buys this home will enjoy years of fun, relaxation, and excitement for their whole family.
