In this latest video from Nick Fong of Ronival Real Estate, check out this incredible event organized by the Ronival team in Los Barriles. During that event, they had the opportunity to meet some of these organizations. According to Nick, the experience was incredible and fulfilled our hearts.

First year for this Los Barriles event
From Los Barriles on the East Cape, just north of Los Cabos along the Sea of Cortez, Nick Fong and his team join together with over 300 people in front of the local Ronival Real Estate office. It’s an exciting time, where 13 non-profits from the East Cape joined in this event.
As Nick says in the video, everyone who attends this event gets a little coin. Using that coin, they vote on one of the 13 charities at the event. At the end of the event, the winners get a part of $5000 USD. First prize gets top dollar and second and third place also get cash prizes.
Ronival’s recent event in Todos Santos
Recently, Nick Fong and his wife Rocio represented Ronival Property Management at a similar gathering in Todos Santos. Nick said that they chose to have that event to give back to the community. As such, they provided a first prize to the winning charity with the most number of tickets of $2500 USD.
At the Todos Santos event, Nick and his wife Rocio walked around meeting each of the charities that participated in the event. That day, it was an absolutely beautiful sunny day of socializing and enjoyment. Also, some of Ronival’s team members took the mic and mentioned how wonderful the event really was.
The second prize was $1500 USD and the third place prize was $1000 USD. But as Nick and Rocio visited all of the charity booths located there, Nick wanted to make sure every one of them walked away with something. That means, all other charities got $500 USD just for showing up. That’s amazing!
On the mic, Nick and Rocios’s son Rocco announced the winners of this great event. Third place, second place, and then first place were all announced by Rocco and the crowd cheers for each winner. This was quite a wonderful evening in Todos Santos indeed.
