About Arnulfo Sr. and Arnulfo Jr. of AGM Construction
First arriving in Baja California Sur back in 1995 from Monterrey, Mexico, Arnulfo Sr. moved his family to Cabo in order to start working on construction projects throughout the area. These projects were high-end houses and a few luxury hotels.
As his career and reputation grew throughout Cabo, Arnulfo Sr. and his partner at the time were given the privilege of building homes and condos within Punta Ballena. That is a secluded beach community that contains nearly 150 private residences along with luxury hotels and many great amenities throughout.
Prior to taking on the cutting-edge construction project of Cuatrovientos, Arnulfo Sr. advanced his portfolio by building some magnificent condo towers, high-end houses, apartments buildings and a few 15 to 20 story buildings in Mexico City. The Cuatrovientos development REVEALED
Cuatrovientos, which means “four winds” in Spanish, refers to the nice flow of air from the north, south, east, and west. And being spread over the course of three phases, once complete, there’ll be 196 units in total that spread across several buildings, once completed.
