About Inteliksa – how they started
After reaching out to Nick Fong about a month prior, Nick invited them to join him in this PODCAST. He wanted to present what they do since they are now entering into the Los Cabos Market.
A family company, Inteliksa started back in 1980 by performing satellite system installations. Soon after, they started installing audio, security and telephone systems to name a few. Since their customers were very pleased with their installation services, they requested more and more.
Eventually, they started focusing on home automation and security. And with the amazing reputation they had established over the years, celebrities and politicians requested their services. Now, they decided to expand to Los Cabos because of the growing luxury market there.
What Inteliksa installs for their clients
According to Enrique and Raul, they install special systems for homes. What that means is this: they install completely custom home automation and security, along with other luxury installations. It all depends on their client’s needs and desires – every family has different wishes and ideas.
As their first approach, Inteliksa asks all the right questions. For example, “what do you like?” or “what do you want?” That may see simple, but when asked sincerely, clients think hard and answer those questions well. They focus on the emotions of their clients and are very good at meeting those needs and desires.
Inteliksa translates dreams into technology
After talking with clients in Los Cabos, Inteliksa concludes with a plan that will provide exactly what they are looking for. They are able to determine what revolves around the dreams of their clients effectively. Whether it’s audio, home theater, or home control of lighting systems, they are able to translate exactly what they want.
Having such a broad understanding of existing high-end home electronics technology, Inteliksa knows just what will work for their clients. Once they gain an understanding of their lifestyle, their creativity, knowledge, and experience kick into high gear. Then, the magic comes to into light and they deliver something that their clients absolutely love.
Since there are so many types of lifestyles for them to deal with, they dig deep to determine what will work best. For example, some people prefer big touch screens while others prefer to use their smart phones. Regardless of lifestyle and preferences, Inteliksa is able to deliver the ideal solutions for their clients every time.
