Now, read on to uncover how an Italian lifestyle in Los Cabos may just be what you’re looking for in a new home.
About Giammarco Vela and why he is so important to Los Cabos
After falling in love with Los Cabos in 2001 when he visited, Giammarco Vela moved to Los Cabos from London back in 2005, which was after Giammarco had moved to London after graduating with his degree in Business Administration in Italy, where he is originally from. There, he worked for 11 years before moving to Los Cabos.
In the video, Nick compares his personal experience with Giammarco’s since both stories are so similar. To explain, Nick also visited Los Cabos back in 2001. Then, he moved to Los Cabos at the end of 2004. Now, they are both permanent residents and they both own successful businesses in Los Cabos.
Although Giammarco owns a few businesses in Los Cabos, most notably a restaurant and a catering company, the reason he moved to Los Cabos was to invest in real estate projects. As such, he started Terranova Residential back in 2006, along with other big real estate projects. Now, he is building Rivieri Pueblo Mediterraneo – an amazing community of houses in Los Cabos.
As a real estate developer, Giammarco always focuses on location. His goal is to always address what the market is looking for. As such, he studies where the market is moving in terms of style. In the video, Giammarco talks about the current modern styling with clean lines and minimalist approach, yet with unique character.
Discover Rivieri Pueblo Mediterraneo
Giammarco calls Rivieri Pueblo Mediterraneo a combination of everything he has learned so far since 2005. As he says in the video, there will be 256 units built in this community. Regarding the style, it’s very Mediterranean and it includes many names from Giammarco’s home town in Italy.
Rivieri Pueblo Mediterraneo will boast a beautiful clubhouse, a pickle ball field, an inviting dog park, swimming pools, a fire pit, and many other great amenities. As Nick mentions, the two of them met because of this exciting development project. Also, he says that this project is exactly what the market needs right now, being so focused on condos recently.
