After identifying the issue with the stairway, they fully remodeled it. After the project was complete, the homeowners had second thoughts about selling – they really loved it!

Rocio Montaño of Ronival Property Management
Originally from Mexico City where she grew up, Rocio moved to Cabo when she was 23 years old. That was just over 20 years ago, so she really knows Cabo very well. As she explains in the video, she came to Cabo with her single mom and her sister.
