Entering the complex on foot from the La Paz marina, Nick Fong joins the developer named Elan, who is making great progress. As he describes during his walk, the first floor is finished and the continuing construction is coming along really well. There will be 15 units, underground parking, and the penthouse on top will all turn out amazing.
From the fine finishes to the ceiling heights, the finished results is enticing people to invest at quite a rapid pace – they’re selling fast. As such, Nick enters the construction site where the garage is now complete to see what Elan has to report about the project progress. To begin, Elan says that 10,000 square feet of construction is now done.
As they go up to the first floor from the garage, Elan shows Nick some of the exquisite materials he’ll be using for flooring and finishes. And since “Laiva” means “boat,” Elan shows Nick the wooden flooring that will be used for the terraces of each condo, which is similar to that used in boats. It’s quite beautiful, as you’ll see in the video.
