Nick Fong joins his agent in La Paz, Sol Gutierrez, to show a new project in Paraiso del Mar. It is on an island and it’s basically a “golf cart” community. But of course, cars are allowed. So Nick asks Sol “how do people get their cars here?” She explains the 45 min process in the video. The tennis courts are in place and ready to use. And, the area is pet friendly, so Nick brings his dog Jagger along on the trip. Then, they go to the pool and reveal that you can take your golf cart there too. It’s within close walking distance to the beach, with panoramic ocean views all around. At the beach, there are kayaks and paddle boards available for owners to use.
A tropical paradise, Paraiso del Mar has all that you need for an enjoyable time with friends and family – paraiso means paradise in Spanish. Hosting a beautiful golf course, Nick talks about hole number seven. This hole is famous in the community for being so close to the ocean. It’s the closest hole to the ocean, and community members go there with beer or wine to enjoy the beautiful Baja sunsets.
Currently, the community has 90 homes built that are all single level. The prices for these wonderful homes start in the $300k range. They each sit on about one quarter of an acre, so the lot has plenty of space around each house. These homes come in three or four bedroom options and each has a two car attached garage. Of course, the ocean front homes are as high as $1.2 million. This community is beautifully landscaped, as you will see in the video. Also, the video shows how wonderful the interiors of these homes are designed and decorated.
Paraiso del Mar Condos
At Paraiso del Mar, there is a condominium complex that will amaze you. There are five buildings that are situated around a well designed community swimming pool, along the beach, with great ocean views. The condos there start at $120k and for two bedrooms, the prices start in the $200k range. They boast great amenities that will truly impress you.
Nick mentions that he has heard very good things about the pool-side restaurant there. He says it’s known to be the best restaurant in all of La Paz. Also, situated right next to the Paraiso del Mar Condominium is a driving range. There, you can improve your game before you head over the the nearby golf course. Another good point Nick mentions is that this community is isolated, being on an island. So during the COVID-19 pandemic, this is a good place to stay at home and still enjoy yourself.
Soon, they will be putting in a hotel and a commercial area. Therefore, Paraiso del Mar will soon have it all! That means, this is a great time to buy you dream home in Paraiso del Mar.
