Nick Fong’s darkest time in real estate
Back in 2008, Nick started his real estate company with his wife Rocio. Their combined knowledge and experience allowed them to be successful right from the start. But in 2009, the Great Recession had begun and that greatly affected Cabo, where they began. At that time, Rocio was pregnant and they were over $200,000 USD in debt.
In the video, Nick mentions how he contemplated how they were going to get out of debt and start making money during the recession. This contemplation happened while out waling his dogs. He calls that the hardest time in his real estate career.
