Today, Nick Fong meets with George and Susie Dover from Arizona to reveal why they chose Loreto, especially Mantarraya Residences, as their place to live during this latest episode of The Nick Fong PODCAST. Introducing George and Susie Dover from Arizona
Originally born in Mexico, Susie Dover moved to the United States when she was seven years old. She begins by telling Nick that the two of them have three awesome kids and she’s a photographer. George tells Nick that he started a company about 25 years ago called Cascade Financial, a mortgage company specializing in manufactured home financing.
Susie discovered Los Cabos when going there as a photographer for a friend she met on a plane-ride to Cancun. This was her first time there. Then, she went back to Los Cabos with George and their family, where they spent a couple of years investing in real estate and learning about the area.
Finally, George and Susie ventured to the northern part of Baja Sur. Although Los Cabos was first and foremost on their minds, they kept seeing La Paz and Loreto from their plane when flying to Los Cabos. Therefore, they wanted to see that beautiful area. After months of looking at options, they decided on Loreto for their next home since they truly loved it there.
Mantarraya Residences was their final decision on where to invest in a home in Loreto. In the video, the two of them explain their process when making that big decision. After heading out on a boat from Loreto Bay, they realized that the sea-life there was amazing – they did some diving and swam in the beautiful waters of the Sea of Cortez. That was the final tipping point for their decision!
