Born and raised in The Bronx, New York, Sharah has recently been living in Atlanta, Georgia. She made her decision to move to Cabo on a semi-permanent basis, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Moving to Cabo during covid – Sharah is ready
Sharah reveals in the video how she found Consuelo Galindo, Nick Fong’s agent, all from a brief internet search. Then, she just took it from there. After a brief introduction and property search, she purchased her condo within two days. She is now ready to live the dream after moving to Cabo during covid. There is another amazing revelation revealed in the video. Sharah had never searched for properties in Cabo before. Of course, she had been visiting Cabo for the last six years, primarily staying at her favorite place: Waldorf Astoria. So, she knew Cabo, but what an amazing story. It goes to show, when you know what you want, just make it happen!
Now that she’s in Cabo, Sharah will be working from her computer. She will be relocated to Cabo for the next six to seven months or so. Right now, she lives in Pueblo Bonito Sunset. she’ll be living there while her condo in Pedregal One is being built. In fact, she is the first buyer there and as you can see in the video, she is a very happy buyer indeed. Sharah made her purchase pre-construction, which means it wasn’t built yet. All she had to go off was floor plans and computer renderings, which do quite a fine job of showing how the project looks when completed.
The fast home-buying process in Cabo
Throughout Mexico and in Cabo, there are some great closing companies to work with. They are like the escrow company and title company in the US that handle your real estate transaction. The closing company handles all the paperwork and the transaction itself. To be specific, they liaison between the notary, attorney, and the real estate agent. Money is held in an escrow account while the details are being handled. After closing your transaction by signing the final paperwork, the money gets wired to the seller’s bank account and you now own your property.
