About Rocio Montaño
Originally from Mexico City where she grew up, Rocio moved to Cabo when she was 23 years old. That was just over 20 years ago, so she really knows Cabo very well. As she explains in the video, she came to Cabo with her single mom and her sister.
Rocio has a Business Administration education along with many years of hotel management. That translates to someone who is right for the job. She knows just how to keep the place immaculate and running smoothly while running the business and managing employees extremely well. Together, Nick and Rocio started Ronival back in 2010. From the beginning, Nick built the real estate sales side of Ronival and Rocio built the property management side.
