Nick Fong’s dream team in Los Cabos
Ever since Gaby and Jesus have teamed up, they have become one of Ronival’s top agents. And together, they are unstoppable. As Gaby mentions in the video, the two of them really sync up well. Most importantly, they are both very hard workers. Watch as their professional chemistry stands out. You can tell Nick is proud of both of them.
Gaby Lopez’ background
Originally from Venezuela, Gaby’s background is pretty broad. To explain, she’s been a manager and a scuba-diving instructor. But now, since she’s laser-focused on her real estate business with Ronival Real Estate, she dives for fun and she also loves to surf. You can tell when you listen to her that she just loves Los Cabos. As she says, it’s near the ocean, and the whether is perfect.
Jesus Valenzuela and his little surprise
As you can see in the video, Jesus, from the Los Angeles area, is very serious about real estate. And Nick is happy with his performance indeed. His little surprise is this…he’s only 19 years of age. That means, he just graduated from High School only a year ago. Now he’s attending University, but at the same time, he’s one of Ronival’s top-selling agents. That’s incredible!
Tech-enabled agents and teams
During the PODCAST interview with Nick Fong, Gaby and Jesus both describe the importance of technology in their real estate business. In fact, they both say that technology is the most important ingredient. It allows them to stay in touch with all of their clients, along with making the experience even better.
What technology does Ronival Real Estate use?
Ronival Real Estate uses different types of technology to handle the different aspects of communication. For example, a dialing system is used to make hundreds, if not thousands of phone calls per hour. Additionally, the CRM system mentioned earlier is used to send hundreds of thousands of email communications every single month.
Text messaging systems are used to send text messages. He says that many of his clients are more available via text messaging on their phone. As such, Nick uses technology to send tens of thousands of text messages every month. Keep in mind, all of these communications are controlled and have a purpose based on information about or requested by each client.
