That means, additional structures can be build right up to the property line, which touches the beach itself. There’s enough room to build casitas, or other small buildings that meet your needs. Also, that means other homes in the area are behind this home, which is closer to the beach.
Though they are rare, there is built in hurricane protection throughout, just in case a big storm passes over the area. It’s always good to play it safe, and this home is already set to be safe in case of a hurricane.
There are caretakers that live on the adjoining lot, which is also for sale. They have been taking care of this beautiful home for over two years now, and have been working with Dan Binetti for over eight years.
