In today’s episode of The Nick Fong PODCAST, Nick has a special guest he’d like to introduce. Her name is Cyndi Williams, and she just recently started working for Ronival Real Estate. But as Nick mentions, she’s not new to real estate.
Cyndi is now marking her 37th year as a real estate broker. Her first 25 years of experience was in the United States, and then the rest in Cabo, now going on 13 years. Interestingly, she started working for Greg Willis, who is Nick Fong’s Sales Director at Ronival.

About Cyndi Williams
When Cyndi Williams first stated coming to Cabo, it was to stay at a small condo she had purchased at Marina Sol. But then one day, she decided to stay permanently. It was at that time she’d decided to contact Greg Willis to get into real estate in Cabo.
Unfortunately, only six days after arriving in Cabo to live permanently, Cyndi damaged her Achilles Heel, causing her to undergo surgery that evening. It’s interesting to hear her story as she explains how she negotiated a time for the surgery with the doctor so she could get back to work.
As a business owner, Cyndi owned a hotel, a restaurant, and half of a real estate company in Cabo called Premier Real Estate. As she tells Nick, she decided to sell all of it and focus 100% of her time on real estate. Since she’s been friends with many of Nick’s staff, and she’s impressed with how Nick Fong is running is business, this is a perfect match.
