Historically, properties typically sold for 10 to 15 percent less than the list price. But as Nick states: That is not today’s market. Now is the time to take advantage of these current crazy market conditions. To explain, people are moving to Cabo and all throughout Baja California Sur in droves, which is driving the market up and up. So take full advantage of that right now since your clients will come out on top with rising values.
