Nick goes into some detail as he starts by talking about his CRM, or Customer Response Management system.  His CRM houses all of Ronival’s client information and status.  It covers all operations from sales to property management.  Most importantly, the CRM handles the monthly rentals and vacation rentals all handled by Ronival Real Estate.

Nick reveals that their success comes from real estate technology being used to help him and his entire team throughout Baja Sur to respond to client requests very quickly – it channels them to the right person right away.  Then, real estate technology provides all that is needed for a productive and fruitful client conversation.  Also, it ensures that the professional relationship will grow and strengthen with every contact.

What technology does Ronival Real Estate use and for what purpose?

For communication, the technologies that Nick uses are “a lot.”  What does he mean by that?  To explain, Ronival Real Estate uses different technology to handle all aspects of communication.  For example, a dialing system is used to make hundreds, if not thousands of phone calls per hour.  Additionally, the CRM system mentioned earlier is used to send hundreds of thousands of email communications every single month.

Text messaging systems are used to send text messages.  Many clients are more available via text messaging on their phone.  Therefore, Nick uses technology to send tens of thousands of text messages every month.  Keep in mind, all of these communications are controlled and have a purpose based on information about or requested by each client.
