Recent update about Laiva in La Paz
Starting with the fine finishes and the great ceiling heights, the finished results of Laiva has been enticing people to invest at a really fast pace. In other words, they’re selling quickly. When Nick Fong enters the construction site where the garage is now complete, he checks with developer Elan to see what he has to say about the progress of the project
Entering the complex on foot from the La Paz marina, Nick joins the developer named Elan, who is making great progress. As he describes during his walk, the first floor is finished and the continuing construction is coming along really well. There will be 15 units, underground parking, and the penthouse on top will all turn out amazing.
To begin, Elan says that 10,000 square feet of construction is now done. Then, as they go up to the first floor from the garage, Elan shows Nick some of the exquisite materials he’ll be using for flooring and finishes. And since “Laiva” means “boat,” Elan shows Nick the wooden flooring that will be used for the terraces of each condo, which is similar to that used in boats.
It’s quite beautiful, as you’ll see in the video. In just two months from the filming of this update video, Nick says there will be a model unit to see and walk through. That means, get to La Paz soon to see this amazing development called Laiva, for yourself. Your breath will be taken away when you enter the location!
Cenit: One of the hottest condo projects In Los Cabos
Out in front of the monument marking the location of Cenit, Nick Fong talks about the new project that offers luxury penthouses and condos for pre-construction sale prices. The Cenit development will completely redefine the skyline of San Jose del Cabo.
