Married on Friday the 13th in Los Cabos
For many, maybe for you too, Friday the 13th is bad luck, but for Nick and Rocio, it has become their lucky number. They got married on January 13, 2006, and to be more precise, it was a Friday. Yes, Friday the 13th!
In the video, see how they laugh during this special moment they shared with their children Rocco and Sienna, and their answers that reveal a lot about how Nick and Rocio are as parents and family. Also, see what it means to raise a family in a place like Los Cabos.
Nick and Rocio’s amazing family
Sitting together for this PODCAST, Sienna and Rocco introduce themselves. Rocco is 11 years old and Sienna is 15. They mention that they were both born in Los Cabos and are being raised there by two wonderful parents.
In the video, Nick asks Sienna what it’s like to have both parents working for the same company. She answers by saying that sometimes kids in her class see her dad on television. He’s been on many episodes of HGTV’s variety of shows like Beachfront Bargain Hunt.
When Rocco is asked the same question, he says that it feels like they are more connected as a family. But when asked if his mom and dad work a lot, both Sienna and Rocco answer together with a resounding “YES!” But of course, they get to go on some great vacations for fun family getaways.
Recently, the family went to New York. While there, they went shopping and had a great time. But when Nick asks them if they like the beach for vacation, they both say not so much. Of course, they’ve been raised near the beach, so their perspective is the opposite from most people.
Running a business while raising a family
Nick asks his wife Rocio what it’s like running a business while raising a family from such a high level. Her first words come out fast. She quickly says “it’s crazy!” She says that her life is crazy, it’s busy from end-to-end, but it’s beautiful to be part of the two amazing things in her life – she enjoys every part of it.
During the video, they all talk about some of the amazing vacations they’ve gone on, like to New York and to London. Also, they all love to go skiing – Rocco says he gets hurt every day when skiing. Then, Sienna says she wants to get into the fashion industry or Law. Rocco wants to run the company when he grows up – OUTSTANDING!
