Introducing Eric and Melissa Eross

Eric and Melissa Eross currently live in Fountain Hills, Arizona, which is part of the Phoenix area.  Eric is originally from Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, where he grew up.  Melissa was born and raised in Arizona and she tells Nick that she loves it there.  Now, they own a pre-construction condo in Los Cabos.

Professionally speaking, Eric is a Physician, a Neurologist by trade, as he explains to Nick.  Then, he tells Nick that is why he lives in Arizona.  He works at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, which is near Fountain Hills.  After that, he goes into some detail about his role as a headache medicine specialist.

Melissa tells Nick that she wears many hats.  First, she’s a certified medical assistant.  Next, she’s a stay-at-home mother with two children, a 15 and 20 year old son along with a French bull-dog – her baby.  Finally, she runs a family business, handling the day-to-day activities.

Their first time in Los Cabos

Eric tells Nick that he first visited Los Cabos back in 2011 with his brother.  As he says, he knew Los Cabos was a special place back then – he couldn’t wait to bring Melissa there.  Then of course, both Eric and Melissa have been coming to Los Cabos ever since then – they have always loved visiting there for vacations.

After Nick asks them where they would stay when visiting Los Cabos, Eric responds by telling Nick they always stay at the same place very year: The Waldorf Astoria, which was previously called The Resort at Pedregal.  He tells Nick that place has always been special to the two of them – it’s where he first told Melissa that he loves her.  But also, the Waldorf Astoria is an amazing high-end resort to say the least.

Deciding to buy a Los Cabos home of their own

Talking with Nick, Eric and Melissa tell him that staying at the Waldorf Astoria, though wonderful, was getting very expensive.  As such, the two of them together had come up with the idea of getting their own place in Los Cabos.  They mention to Nick that having their own place there would probably provide an even-nicer experience than staying at the Waldorf.
