Back in the first episode, Nick Fong of Ronival Real Estate met up with Pam and Marty, his previous clients, to start their new adventure on Find Mexico Houses. They are now ready to exchange their awesome Cabo condo, which they purchased back in 2014, for an affordable house near the beach outside of Cabo. In episode two, Nick meets with Pam and Marty at their condo, where they talk about what options they’re looking for. Although they do love Cabo, they want something less expensive, yet still near the beach. So, they need Nick Fong to present some compelling options that meet their needs and also their desires…and it must be affordable. See what Pam and Marty want to buy
During the video, Marty tells Nick that he and Pam just want to keep it simple. But of course, they do have a few requirements and desires. In other words, Nick truly has his work cut out for him. Now, what exactly are they looking to buy?
As stated earlier, Pam and Marty are looking for a house near the beach. As you saw in episode one, they want a yard, a little more space to spread out, and some space for their dog to run around. Also, they want to move out of Cabo to find something affordable for them.
Private, affordable, and near a golf course
In the video, Marty tells Nick that there are some areas they like in Cabo, but they are not as private as they would like. Also, prices are a bit higher in Cabo, understandably, so they want to explore other areas outside of Cabo.
They would like to be near a golf course if possible. Since their price range is in the high $300Ks or just under $400K USD, Nick thinks he can find them exactly what they’re looking for. And, that amount is about what they should get for their condo after Nick sells it for them.
Nick Fong has a simple solution: Paraiso del Mar in La Paz. He would like to meet Pam and Marty there sometime very soon—maybe next week.

At Paraiso del Mar in La Paz, they will find single-family homes near the beach that are in their price range. Nick asks them if they’re free next week to meet him there and they laugh—since they’re retired in Cabo, they have all the time in the world!
Currently, the Paraiso del Mar community has 90 homes built that are all single level. The prices for these wonderful homes start in the $300K range. They each sit on about one quarter of an acre, so the lot has plenty of space around each house. These homes come in three or four bedroom options and each has a two-car attached garage. Of course, the oceanfront homes are as high as $1.2 million. This community is beautifully landscaped, as you will see in the video. Also, the video shows how wonderful the interiors of these homes are designed and decorated.
