Solomon’s new menu revealed by Bryan Solomon
Bryan Solomon shares his story with Nick, starting with his arrival in Cabo back in 1994 after living in California’s San Fernando Valley. Just a year later, he opened Solomon’s Landing on the Cabo San Lucas marina. Since then, it has grown into one of the city’s most well-known dining destinations.
With the relaunch, Bryan introduced three new certified chefs — two of them “Cordon Bleu” trained — to lead the kitchen. The result? A world-class dining experience blending fresh ingredients, innovative flavors, and thoughtful presentation.
Highlights from the new menu
Nick ordered a rib-eye steak, and Bryan explained that all meats are ordered fresh (never frozen) and prepared in-house. Signature dishes include a rack of lamb served with a rich reduction sauce, creative risotto plates, and flavorful vegetarian options. The emphasis is on fresh, high-quality ingredients and heart-felt preparation — each dish crafted with passion.
