How it all began in Cabo for Lin and Jim Loftus
Just two years ago, in early 2020, Lin and Jim rented a beach house in Palmilla Real Estate, located in the San Jose Corridor against the mountains and along the beautiful Sea of Cortez. Having rented this beautiful house through Ronival Property Management, they immediately discovered their spectacular service – they were very impressed.
While staying there, Lin and Jim had connected with a real estate agent with Ronival Real Estate so they could check out their options. Then, they found what they considered to be the “perfect” house for them within Palmilla. The only problem was, it needed a lot of work. But right away, their Ronival agent told them to not worry about that because Ronival Property Management’s Projects division can completely take care of that for them.
Being a real estate developer in Denver, Jim Loftus spoke with Rocio, the director of Ronival Real Estate, and her property manager Analee. To elaborate, he asked them some tough questions to make sure they really knew what they were doing. After only 15 minutes, Jim was convinced and decided to proceed with the purchase and remodel project.
Now that they had confidence that Ronival Property Management’s Projects division could handle everything, they allowed them to do it while still living in Denver. As you’ll see in the video, Lin Loftus says that when they returned to Cabo, the end result was “amazing!”
