About Nolan Bonnstetter of Ronival Real Estate
After starting his real estate career in Des Moines, Iowa, Nolan Bonnstetter moved to Cabo three years ago. As such, he has been working for Ronival Real Estate for two-and-a-half years now. In the video, Nolan explains that although he was in touch with Nick Fong prior to moving to Cabo, he actually started working for another brokerage in Cabo prior to working for Nick Fong.
The reason why Nolan decided to work for another brokerage in Cabo was due to seeing a good opportunity to work in the luxury Cabo real estate market. But soon after, he realized that Nick Fong’s Ronival Real Estate was a much better option. He thanks Nick in the video for allowing him to join even after choosing another broker at first.
Although Nolan was in the “Top Producers” in Iowa, in 2021, he has about doubled his sales volume in Cabo. Also, he shared how much he’s enjoyed being part of the fastest growing real estate team in all of Baja California Sur and all of Mexico.
Unique styles, communities, and vistas
Nolan explains in the video that while working in Des Moines, he dealt with many track homes. As such, the floor plans and styles were repeated throughout. Now that he’s working in Cabo, he loves working with the unique styles all around Cabo. Plus, the vistas are amazing and unique to themselves.
One difference that stands out to Nolan while talking with Nick Fong is one simple fact: The homes in Iowa were primary residences and the homes in Cabo are secondary residences and vacation rental properties. That difference alone has inspired Nolan to refine his real estates sales skills, making him a top producer in Cabo as well.
Real estate trends in Cabo: Luxury Cabo real estate
As Nolan explains to Nick, he sees a huge push in the luxury market in Cabo. From clients looking for a lifestyle change to those looking to own beach homes priced lower than places like San Diego, the luxury Cabo real estate market has been growing tremendously. And despite COVID-19, which had a short-term negative impact on the market in 2020, it’s been growing by leaps-and-bounds over the last few years.
