First arriving in Los Cabos back in 1997, Guillermo Payan says that he’s loved living in Los Cabos over the last 25 years. Guillermo is originally from Mazatlan, where he worked for a building company. That company sent him to Los Cabos for a three-month assignment with Palmilla and the One and Only Hotel within Palmilla. But after his work was complete, he fell in love with Los Cabos and decided to stay permanently.
Back in 1998, the following year, Guillermo started his company and has been building wonderful and amazing luxury homes ever since. His first project was at El Pedregal and its great success led to even more opportunities. That project was called Casa Magna, and its name has changed as the property had exchanged hands over the years.
