About Brisa de Sal in Cerritos

This new development project named Brisa de Sal in Cerritos, under construction, will offer 14 new homes in the first phase and six new homes in the second phase, all with great amenities!  Nick is meeting with Danica Taylor and Cyndi Williams today since they know everything there is to know about Brisa de Sal.

Among many multi-million-dollar homes spaced apart in the hills of this beautiful region, Brisa de Sal is located to take advantage of all that Cerritos has to offer.  And though Cerritos offers many great condos in the area, Brisa de Sal presents individual three-story homes, each with their own private roof-top terraces.  That means, no shared walls like you have with condos.

Brisa de Sal is a great location to buy today for one great reason:  Independence.  To explain, when you own a home in Brisa de Sal, you have total control of your property.  That means, you can rent it out as an amazing vacation rental.  Or, live there full-time as your own residence.  It’s all up to you.

Although there are 14 new homes being built in the first phase of this grand project in Cerritos, there are only 11 homes that are still available at the time of the filming of this PODCAST episode.  As such, now is the time to buy!  Homes here are selling fast, and new homes are very hard to find in Baja California Sur right now since the market is running hot.

The builder: Amet Architecture

In the Cochimí language, which is the most widespread among the ancestors of Baja California, Amet means “between sky and earth.”  It is full of aspirations and it has a way of pronouncing that cannot be explained. Since ancient times, natural earth has been used as one of the main construction materials, in abundance, easy to mold and work with; today it is still used to raise the heritage of many peoples.

From there arises Amet Architecture, a way of evoking and remembering the architecture of the ancestors. Amet’s architects focus on providing professional work, specializing in the development of sustainable architecture and urban projects.

Being a family run business with three generations committed for decades to the Cerritos Beach area of BCS, Amet Architecture shares a vision and dream of creating an environment that will sustain generations to come. As a group, they bring decades of experience encompassing sales, development, business, construction and project management.

Todos Santos nearby

Todos Santos is a retreat for those who want to slow down and smell the roses.  And, it’s a haven for those who crave outdoor adventure.  Therefore, dine at a fine restaurant, take a siesta, and enjoy the natural beauty Todos Santos has to offer.  Or, explore miles of unspoiled beaches, go exotic bird watching, take an exhilarating hike, kayak, surf, snorkel, scuba-dive, and go fishing.  The sky is the limit!

Brief history of Todos Santos

Father Jaime Bravo established the southern-baja location as Nuestra Señora del Pilar de La Paz, back in 1723.  It eventually grew into a mission named Santa Rosa de Todos Santos in honor if its benefactor, Doña Rosa de la Peña.  Finally, the population of La Paz mission was transferred there after it received mission status.  But, the mission was then abandoned in 1749, and the town was renamed to Nuestra Señora del Pilar de Todos Santos.  After that, not much happened there for the next 100 years.
