Loreto Bay Phase one: Founder’s Area
Starting with phase one of the Loreto Bay community, discover the Founder’s Area. Within this community, you’ll find restaurants and a nice cafe. In fact, this is where Nick drives his golf cart to get a cup of coffee. He didn’t have his coffee in Cabo, so he’ll have some at La Sirena Cafe instead.
With his coffee in-hand, Nick Fong strolls around the community on foot. While walking, he shows off the wonderful architecture, colorful landscaping, and the Venice-like rock-tiled pathway dividing the houses. The flowing pathways work well for golf carts. Also, they work great for bike riding too, as Nick shows during the video.
Features of this first Loreto Bay community
Starting with the amazing fountains throughout the area, Nick shows the many spectacular features of Founder’s Area in Loreto Bay. Every fountain throughout the community is unique. After that, he shows the ocean-front golf course with its panoramic views and white-sand beaches.
There are two swimming pools in Founder’s Area. One is a is a family pool and the other is a lap pool. And more, there’s another pool in Agua Viva making three total in the community of Loreto Bay. Mission of Our Lady was the original spot where the Jesuits came to evangelize this new Spanish territory. Interestingly, the Baja California peninsula was thought to be an island back then. And, once they determined it’s a peninsula, another 100 years passed before updated maps were completely dispersed.
