Referring to Rivieri Pueblo Mediterraneo, the developer of Rivieri, Giammarco Vela, calls it a combination of all that he’s learned in Cabo ever since 2005. At Rivieri Pueblo Mediterraneo, 256 units will be built within the community. As for the styling, it will be a beautiful Mediterranean style that includes many names from Giammarco’s home town in Italy.

During their conversation, Nick compares his personal experience with Giammarco’s since both stories are so similar. To explain, Nick also visited Cabo back in 2001. Then, he moved to Cabo at the end of 2004. Now, they are both permanent residents and they both own successful businesses in Cabo.
Back in 2001, Giammarco first fell in love with Cabo when he visited for the first time. Then, he moved to Cabo from London back in 2005. , which was after Giammarco had moved to London after graduating with his degree in Business Administration in Italy, where he is originally from. There, he worked for 11 years before moving to Cabo.
Giammarco always focuses on location as a real estate developer in Cabo. But his objective is to always address what the market is looking for. As such, he studies where the market is moving in terms of style. Talking to Nick, Giammarco reveals that the current modern styling with clean lines with a minimalist approach is important, but it must have a unique character.
As Giammarco says in the video, although he owns a few businesses in Cabo, most notably a restaurant and a catering company, the reason he moved to Cabo was to invest in real estate projects. As such, he started Terranova Residential back in 2006, along with other big real estate projects. Now, he is building Rivieri Pueblo Mediterraneo – an amazing community of houses in Cabo.
