Nick Fong’s interview with Jacinto Avalos
After two busy and difficult years, Nick Fong finally meets with Jacinto Avalos again. The last time they met together, they discussed Casa Fuego, which was just recently sold by Ronival Real Estate. Right after selling Casa Fuego, Jacinto reached out to Nick by inviting him to his house.
Sitting on the same couch where they sat in during their last interview two years ago, they re-visit what they discussed before – what comes next. Jacinto tells Nick that he’s interested in selling his current house, which is amazing, and building another one. Jacinto designed and built this wonderful estate over 30 years ago.
Back when Jacinto built his house, 30 years ago, there were only about 10 houses in the area. Now, there are over 200. And, the area is still growing! Of those 10 original homes, Jacinto tells Nick that he designed and built three of them. In other words, he has been at this for quite some time now. And as you’ll see in the video, they are all amazing, majestic, luxury estates in themselves.
