About José Luis Mogollón
Already a well-known member of the Los Cabos community, José Luis represents Baja Capstone, the development company behind Cenit. To elaborate, Baja Capstone is comprised of two entities: Pueblo Bonito and TMG Investments. Both of these entities have been part of Los Cabos for decades and are well respected.
José Luis himself has been working in Los Cabos for over 17 years now. During that time, he’s been part of some amazing development projects throughout the area. These days, his focus is in residential, where the market is stronger than ever. Also, he and his partners have been building hotels like the recent hotel build of St. Regis Hotel in Los Cabos.
Brief history of Melisa Peña
