Economic recover in Baja California Sur
Starting on June 1st, 2020, the mining and construction industries are resuming and starting to open back up. Furthermore, it has been reported that some hotels are reopening their doors to ttimeshare owners. That’s good news for Cabo! It means that some clients are now back in town, which helps the local economy to recover as new money comes back in. Still, non-essential businesses like restaurants are not open yet, but essential businesses like grocery stores are open. But that will change soon. So far, June 20th still looks like the reopening date for other businesses in town. Communities like Diamante Cabo Real Estate are already seeing a return in buyer interest thanks to their secure layouts and world-class amenities.
