Los Cabos offers the good life
Discover Los Cabos, Mexico – Cabo for short, the awe-inspiring region at the southern end of the Baja California peninsula called Land’s End. There, you’ll find the famous Cabo San Lucas, which boasts the greatest nightlife scene in Cabo. Then, there’s San Jose del Cabo, the peaceful fishing town that inspires the senses of those who visit. Finally, nestled in the middle of these two beautiful towns lies the Golden Corridor, stretching between them.
Cabo is famous for many things, but two really stand out above the rest. First is championship golf. Cabo hosts some of the best golf courses in the world. Many of them were designed by the greatest names in golf, like Tiger Woods and Jack Nicklaus, who’s designed five golf courses in Cabo so far. Next is fishing competitions. Hosted by Bisbees, these are the biggest fishing competitions in the world, with payouts in the millions of dollars.

Originally from Huntington Beach, CA, John Ovalle has lived in Los Cabos for six years now. He runs a sales company remotely while living in Los Cabos. He says that it’s so laid back in Los Cabos that it’s a great place to live. The beach being at the top of his list, he says there are many amazing places nearby to enjoy a great day with the family.
Nick and John talk about Cuatrovientos
Several months prior to the filming of this episode of The Nick Fong PODCAST, John and Nick ran into each other at Plaza Nova. John says that he saw Nick’s car parked there when he arrived, so he thought wow, Nick must be up to something cool here. Once John found Nick there, he asked: “What are you up to bro?”
The next question John asked Nick was about his new project called Cuatrovientos. He’d heard of it and was interested in possibly investing. Nick responded by telling John about the three phases and that it’s only a 10 grand deposit to get in on one of the great condos begin built there. Therefore, several months later, John bought two condos and is thinking about buying a third as an investment opportunity.
Why Cuatrovientos is now the fastest-selling development in Cabo

Nick mentions that this project, launched months ago, is now coming together like gangbusters. In fact, the first stage is almost sold out with only one unit left for sale – a penthouse. In the video, Nick says that this penthouse will probably be sold this week.
The second building is now being built and many of the condos and penthouses in that building have already been sold. That means, you must move fast if you have interest in buying one of the best-selling ocean-view condos in Cabo. Prices are only going up, and fast. Nick says that they just increased the prices by three percent. The next increase is very soon!
