To begin, Rosa formally introduces Nick Fong of Ronival Real Estate and asks him to describe his business.  He states that Ronival Real Estate is a full-service real estate company.  Nick and his wife Rocio started the company back in 2010.   Originally, Ronival was set up for real estate sales services.  Since then, it has evolved over the years to include property management services, rental management services, and projects.  Nick goes on to say that technology has been and continues to be absolutely crucial to success.

What technology does Ronival Real Estate use and for what purpose?

Regarding communications, Nick Fong says that the technologies used are “a lot.”  To explain, Nick says that Ronival Real Estate uses different types of technology to handle the different aspects of communication.  For example, a dialing system is used to make hundreds, if not thousands of phone calls per hour.  Additionally, the CRM system mentioned earlier is used to send hundreds of thousands of email communications every single month.

Nick goes on to state that text messaging systems are used to send text messages.  He says that many of his clients are more available via text messaging on their phone.  As such, Nick uses technology to send tens of thousands of text messages every month.  Keep in mind, all of these communications are controlled and have a purpose based on information about or requested by each client.

Summarizing, Nick says “Lots of numbers and lots of communications!”

How does technology support and organize the work of Ronival?
