Our system uses an algorithm to determine Best-Fit Leads, which leverages the data we know about each lead (properties they’ve viewed, their favorited listings, price points of those properties, etc.). That algorithm weighs a lead’s recent activity on our site and calculates their Fit-Score based on three things:
